(SOUNDBITE OF MUSIC)

MONTAGNE: Apple and its Korean rival are waging a nasty battle in nearly a dozen countries, and today Samsung scored a win. Apple was able to do that in Germany, and is still hoping to block Samsung from selling its mobile devices here in the U.S. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
