Since 2008, the 20-acre garden has donated 100% of the produce grown to church food banks, soup kitchens and other food assistance programs in Indian River County.
Shining Light will hold their Fifth Annual Spring dinner on Tuesday, March 7, at the Osceola Bistro in downtown Vero Beach.
