Due to a 2010 state law, voters in St. Lucie, Martin, Okeechobee and Palm Beach counties will decide the fate of each county's Children's Services Council as they cast their ballot this November. The councils provide funding to many local programs for children and families.
The Martin County Taxpayers Association will have a public education forum about the re-authorization of the Children's Services Council of Martin County on Thursday, October 9th from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Blake Library in Stuart.
