WQCS reporters recognized once again with multiple awards from the Associated Press

News Director Jill Roberts received first place from the Associated Press in the category of Public Affairs for a story on White Cane Safety Day and first place in the Light Feature category for her story on the Little Free Library in Sewall’s Point.  In the Hard News Category she received second place for a story in which a high school student was charged in Indian River County for an affair with her under aged lesbian lover.

Morning Edition Host Drew Mello received first place in the newscast category.

Intern Tiffany Termine received second place in the college student hard news competition for her story warning against leaving dogs in hot cars.
