FAU's Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute study shows increased mercury levels in those who consume fish from the Indian River Lagoon.  Read the study in the International Journal of Environmental and Public Health.  The Florida Dept of Health also provides information on mercury and fish.  Also the Martin County Health Dept.
