Great News!! IRA Rollover Reinstated, Act Now – expires Dec. 31!
Congress has extended a tax break on charitable donations from individual donor’s retirement accounts. This provision allows individuals 70 ½ and older to contribute up to $100,000 in IRA assets by direct transfer to a qualified charitable organization like WQCS. The IRA charitable rollover is tax-free and not included in a donor’s adjusted gross income.
WQCS is listener supported public radio locally owned and operated right here on the Treasure Coast. Our mission is to provide public service programming that informs, educates and entertains the community.
For some, we are the only source of classical music. For some others, we are the only source of local, national and international news.
WQCS is also a member of the Florida Public Radio Emergency Network and is designated by the state as the Emergency Alert Radio Station for the area.
Make a one-time annual gift to support WQCS programming. Your membership will expire one year from the date of your gift. Each gift is acknowledged upon receipt and renewal notices are mailed when the annual giving period is over.
