Ft. Pierce – The Post Office on Orange Ave in Ft. Pierce now bears a plaque honoring Cee Cee Ross Lyles. She was a flight attendant on doomed flight 93 which crashed as passengers and crew wrenched control of the plane away from the terrorists who had hijacked it.
Indian River County – Greg Mortenson is a best selling author of the book Three Cups of Tea, he is also responsible for building more than 75 schools in Pakistan and Afganistan. He spent time on Tuesday with school children along the Treasure Coast.

The house at 1913 NE Ocean Drive on Hutchinson Island in Stuart will be open to the public from February 21rst to March 8th. The proceeds will benefit the Treasure Coast Children's Home Society's Transition Housing for kids who age out of the program at age 18.
